Where do you ship from?

Please note that these are estimates only. Customs inspections, local postal services, holidays, weather, and other factors may cause delays. 

Will I receive tracking? 

Yes. All shipping methods include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. 

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes? 

Depending on your country's regulations, your order may be subject to: 

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility unless collected at checkout. 

Why are U.S. customers charged import fees? 

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, some orders shipped from South Korea may incur import duties or tariffs. 

Where applicable, these charges may be collected during checkout through Shopify to help streamline customs clearance. 

What about orders to Europe? 

Orders shipped to European Union countries may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or handling fees depending on local regulations. 

Please note: As of July 2026, the EU introduced new customs rules for imported goods. Instead of a duty-free threshold for orders up to €150, eligible shipments may now be charged a €3 customs duty for each type of product included in the package. 

Example: Stickers only = €3. Stickers + postcards = €6. 

These charges are set by your country's customs authority. 

My package is delayed. 

International shipping times are estimates only. Unfortunately, we cannot control delays caused by: 

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist. 

My tracking says "Delivered" but I didn't receive it.

I entered the wrong shipping address.

Returned orders can be reshipped after additional postage has been paid. 

Can I combine multiple orders? 

If your orders have not yet shipped, we'll do our best to combine them whenever possible. Please contact us immediately after placing your orders. 

My country isn't available at checkout. 

Unfortunately, Korea Post does not currently offer service to every country. If your country does not appear during checkout, we are currently unable to ship there. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping fees are calculated using flat-rate shipping based on destination, total package weight, and shipping method. 

All orders are shipped from South Korea via Korea Post.
