Shipping Delay due to COVID-19
Dear Heartpuff Customers,
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and it's effect on each country's international postal services, it is currently difficult for us to register or send out packages without experiencing rejected, lost, or returned packages. This means that we cannot receive or send out store orders until this developing postal situation clears up. Thank you so much for the amazing support you've given us during these times.
We are offering full refunds for orders that were recently returned to us or that were not yet sent, or we kindly ask that you are patient until we can safely send them out again. We have contacted all of the affected customers via email, so please check!
Unfortunately as this is a continuously developing situation, we do not have an exact date for when we are able to send out orders again, but we will keep everyone updated as soon as we receive more information.
