Commercial Work

Thank you for your interest in working with me!

Basic commercial commissions are priced at three times my regular personal commission rates. This allows you to use the artwork for small-scale commercial purposes such as YouTube videos, Twitch streams, limited merchandise, social media promotion, branding, and similar business-related projects.

For larger-scale commercial usage, such as clothing lines, mass-produced merchandise, or other extensive commercial applications, additional licensing fees may apply. We can discuss pricing based on the scope of the project.

One character per commission. For multiple or different designs, please submit separate forms.

 

Commission Process

  1. Fill out the form and email it to work@heartpuff.com
  2. If accepted, you’ll receive a PayPal invoice
  3. Once paid, I’ll begin your commission
  4. I’ll send a sketch WIP for feedback
  5. After approval, I’ll complete the piece (no further changes after this stage)
  6. Final artwork is delivered via email (PNG)

Turnaround time: 1–4 weeks

  • PayPal only (USD)
  • Full payment upfront, no refunds
  • Personal use only (non-commercial)

Finished commissions may be shared on my social media or used as examples. If you are not comfortable with that, please let me know when ordering.
